Pilates Mat & Balance
Level 2
•
47m
In this intermediate/advanced Pilates mat class, Ilaria guides participants through a unique sequence that begins standing. The initial awareness work and lower-limb warm-up help prepare the body, making the floor work easier and more connected. Throughout the mat, she incorporates the bicycle action to replicate the natural motion of walking. By the end of the session, the feet will feel more awake, more connected, and in turn, more functional. The workout concludes with balancing exercises that challenge both strength and stability.
