• Partner-resisted ankle movements and calf raises
• Self-massage techniques to release foot tension
• Functional reinforcement exercises using tools like the Rescue LOOP, two-by-four, roller, and tennis ball
• A guided osteo-articular warm-up to prepare the lower limbs
Perfect for instructors working hands-on with clients—or anyone wanting deeper proprioception and a fresh take on foot training. These techniques can also be adapted for solo practice!
