The Airplane board is an amazing tool and it's often forgotten! If you have access to a Cadillac try out this little sequence: it's not just about the one single exercise that we learn in the Certification Program, we can play with different movements before we get there. Great to strengthen the posterior chain of muscles and to become aware of the alignment of our body.
