Oftentimes we are a little scared by the complexity of it or we hear stories of people hurting themselves by executing it poorly and incorrectly!
Learn all progressions and you’ll become a pro at it!
In this second class we’ll put together two components at the same time. Retroversion will be our theme for the day and we’ll pair it up to all other aspects: retroversion and axial extension, retroversion and breathing and so on and so forth.
