Spinal articulation, the sequential movement of all the joints in the spine, is important for wellness for any sport activity and to prevent injuries. Follow me in this tutorial about spinal articulation and let’s work towards creating movement where our tendency is to skip vertebrae.
Also, by articulating the spine we can better engage the abs and all those muscles that attach to the different parts of the vertebrae.
