Targeted osteo-articular warm up, 5-point shoulder de-coaptation, T6-T7, ribcage GPS in flexion, scapular mobility on all 4, T8-T9, ribcage GPS for rotation, lumbar spine in negative torsion GPS, diaphragmatic breathing.
