Note from the founder:
I’ve been focusing on this important part of our body since 2016 when I started creating a method of exercises that makes it easier for everyone to take care of the foundations and include the feet in the workout. This method of exercises is supported by Rescue LOOP™, a tiny but mighty gym for your feet that allows everyone to make foot exercises easier and more rewarding.
Every little detail in both the workout and the tool has been thought out thoroughly - I spent thousands of hours pouring over designs and biomechanics to create the perfect tool and exercises!
The materials, the spring resistance, the safety mechanism, the size of the loops and how that forms the relationship with the pelvis above is also taken into consideration, alongside suggested modifications, so that everyone can experience an immediate improvement.
Rescue LOOP™ and the FEET-NESS method of foot exercises are innovative concepts that have been successfully welcomed and utilized by fitness professionals and experts at conferences and events all over the world and online through the FEET-NESS membership. From ballet dances to football players and from injury prevention to recovery Rescue LOOP™ and the FEET-NESS method are a go-to-resource for anyone approaching foot-fitness for the first time.
