Open Level

1h 4m
In this meeting we went over February's material and we also talked about two main topics:
The exercise of Detorsion of the Fascia Iliaca (Fascia of the Psoas complex)
How to stay accountable on our own workout so that we do what our body needs, we challenge our body and (in case of instructors) we also experience the exercises that we need to teach to our clients.
I love these conversations that challenge us and make us think!
