In this foundational workout, Ilaria blends classical Pilates mat exercises with Soma Training principles to deepen your understanding of movement mechanics. The session explores alternative warm-ups, targeted abdominal activation, and myofascial stretching to prepare your body from the inside out.
You’ll revisit familiar exercises—like the Roll-Up and Saw—but with a renewed sense of purpose and connection, thanks to segmental prep and fascia-focused cues.
Light hand weights (1–3 lbs) are optional for added abdominal challenge. This class is a great reset, whether you’re new to Soma Training or looking to reinforce your Pilates foundations through a more intelligent, layered approach.
