Join Ilaria for a focused Reformer session exploring the “endings” — the final sequences that bring structure and closure to your workout. This class walks you through endings at three levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
Each variation builds progressively in complexity and coordination, giving you the tools to teach (or practice) appropriately based on level and goals. Whether you’re a student looking to deepen your understanding or an instructor refining your teaching approach, this class will elevate how you transition out of a Reformer session with purpose and flow.
Great as a standalone review or as an add-on after a full workout.
