Whether you are new to The MELT Method, or have experience with connective tissue self-treatment techniques, this 8 week program will transform your thinking and execution of Pilates Mat work. The first four weeks introduce MELT moves that go beyond beginner MELT "Maps" and include neurological re-patterning moves. The second four weeks expose you to classes that incorporate Pilates mat work into a MELT Map that focuses on a specific goal. Have fun, keep an open mind, and don't forget to hydrate. I guarantee that you will notice changes in your practice!
