Level 2 - Pace: moderate
Join me as I guide you through a series of targeted exercises designed to strengthen the muscles of the feet, ankles, and lower legs, ultimately improving your overall alignment and stability.
Through a combination of gentle stretches, balance challenges, and strengthening movements, you'll learn how to activate and engage the muscles of your feet to support a more upright and aligned posture.
The workout will be introduced by a quick but exhaustive anatomy presentation that will help us be more present during the workout and increase our level of awareness. Anatomy slides will also be projected during the video to highlight the action of the muscles.
