Are you working out exclusively in your apt and you don’t have a spine corrector available?
In this class we have substituted the spine corrector with a slightly deflated small exercise ball: we’ll place it behind the back, under the pelvis and we’ll move it around to get all the benefits of the round surface together with some nice and challenging variations.
