This quick progression will show you how a few targeted exercises, together with the use of Rescue LOOP, will help you to arch your back (in a swan for example) without feeling any pressure at the lower back: the correct spinal articulation, the ability to open up the hips with stability at the pelvis, the activation of the ABD muscles (abductors) to open up the SI Joint and lumbar spine and specific proprioception are the most important ingredients of this recipe.
