It’s perfect to get started and feel better as we move through the day: whether we are engaged in important meetings around the city, picking up the kids at school or focusing on a tough workout later in the afternoon.
The truth is that the sooner we “wake up” the joints the better we will move!
We’ll start at the lumbar spine and from there go to the pelvis, neck, feet, posterior chain and finish with a couple of key ELDOAs.
