Originally focused on specific footwork, FEET-NESS™ has evolved into a complete postural workout that connects the feet to the entire body. Blending elements from Pilates, ELDOA™, Myo-fascial Stretching, and other techniques from Guy Voyer, DO, this standing mat class explores how your foundation influences alignment, balance, and awareness.
Using minimal props — a mat, a Rescue LOOP®, a two-by-four, and sometimes a wall for feedback — you’ll rediscover your feet as your roots and experience how subtle adjustments can transform posture and performance.
