This class is all about transitions—the magic that makes the Reformer feel smooth, connected, and effortless. Ilaria guides you through each movement paying special attention to how you land, how you exit, and how you flow into the next shape.
You’ll go through each exercise executing only one rep, then repeat key sections to challenge your accuracy and clean up anything that felt sticky.
For example we begin with the first classical block: Footwork → Hundred → Short Spine → Coordination, and refine it until the movement becomes clear and confident.
