Journey through Yoga with Talita is a series of 5 yoga classes that you can incorporate into your movement practice and to introduce you to yoga if you’re new to this practice.
We start with the basics and progress with focus on various skills in each class, building up heat with vinyasa flows and exploring Warrior poses, balancing poses, twists, backbends and arm balances.
