Whether you are new to The MELT Method, or have experience with connective tissue self-treatment techniques, this 8 week program will transform your thinking and execution of Pilates Mat work. The first four weeks introduce MELT moves that go beyond beginner MELT "Maps" and include neurological repatterning moves. The second four weeks expose you to classes that incorporate Pilates mat work into a MELT Map that focuses on a specific goal. Have fun, keep an open mind, and don't forget to hydrate.
