In this tutorial session, Ilaria guides you through a targeted routine for the deep fibers of the gluteus maximus. Instead of general glute exercises, we focus on precise segmental reinforcement paired with myo-fascial stretching to activate and lengthen the deep layer effectively.
You’ll work through four specific leg positions, completing 50 reps in each:
Feet apart — knees apart
Feet apart — knees together
Feet together — knees together
Feet together — knees apart
