Abs Library #2: The External Oblique
Level 2 - Pace: Moderate
The abs are important for both stability and movement! It’s important to know how to work them out in all ranges of motion to allow our backs to articulate and also protect our internal organs.
In this second class we’ll work with the external oblique muscle which is the muscle responsible for positive torsion. This class is good for everyone and especially if you have a diastasis (separation of the rectus abdomini due to pregnancy or other situations)
