  • FOOT PLACEMENT on the REFORMER

    Level 2
    Have fun playing with your feet and witnessing how the placement of your foundations can deeply affect the work on the body above!
    We’ll play with the foot-bar, the blocks, the straps and the carriage of the reformer itself!

  • Anti-Gravity ELDOA - 40 min

    Level 2 - Pace: Moderate
    ELDOA has the characteristics to defy gravity but when you deal with a curvature in the spine (scoliosis) the anti-gravity component is even more important. ELDOA is great for different purposes and it’s very helpful with cases of scoliosis

  • Mat with Ankle Weights - 40 min

    Level 3 - Pace: Moderate
    Great challenge to add to our intermediate/advanced mat! Deepen into the work of the powerhouse by adding 1 or 2 lbs. to your ankles.

  • Pelvis and FEET - 22 min

    Level 2. Pace: Moderate
    In this workout we’ll work with the Pilates FOOT CORRECTOR and with RESCUE LOOP! We’ll use these apparatuses to focus on the connection between the feet and the pelvis. Small movements, apparently easy exercises that will make you sweat! 😜
